Dating games for youth ministry
Make the stars whoever is willing to be goofy and who isn't easily embarrassed. Most kids get a kick out of acting, especially if they are allowed to be silly. The crowd is wild, the music is hot, and you can party all night. Im not even allowed to date yet, if you can believe that!
(Ive found it best never to push kids into these kinds of things.) Tell them to be dramatic, which tends to make it funny, as well as pointed.
These games are fun for larger groups and teams, and they are sloppy, slippery, outrageous fun. Then have the students to line up to do some limbo. He then takes the marble and turns to the next person and starts the pattern.
It's a great way to engage students, and when they choose a youth group they'll want a little fun mixed in with the serious side of building up their faith. If you feel like the floor is too hard, do this activity outside or lay some mats under the tarp. As the marble goes around, you start on the next object and the next object.
